I used this company two years ago, but ended services. I heard he had reorganized his business so I recently called and made an appointment for them to come repair my sprinkler system. He assured me he had hired someone who could work on irrigation systems. A time was agreed upon, I waited, and they did not show up, nor did the have the courtesy to call to say they weren’t able to make it. I had to call them and we made a second appointment. No one showed up for this appointment. Again, I waited and didn’t receive a text until later that afternoon that they could not come. Very unprofessional

We moved to a new area a couple of months ago. The crew does a terrible job mowing our yard. It looks like a teenager that we could pay much less.
Also, the crew ran the weed eater through every single downspout on out gutters of our brand new house. We have been promised that these would be taken care of by the manager and owner and no resolution. Now they won’t even return calls or emails.

I wish I could zero stars! We loved this company and its previous owner Scott. We were well taken care of and communication was amazing all around. Since Scott sold to a new owner who merged with another group this company has struggled. I noticed when our yard was not cut clean like it always was. No communication with whether or why we were not getting serviced on time. We have waited, called, emailed and nothing. I am sad to terminate my service with them but without Scott this company is worthless. My daughter birthday is Saturday and our yard looks terrible and my HOA is breathing down my

Scott and his crew did a wonderful job on our landscaping. We needed to raise soil levels in our front and back garden beds, add mulch and repair dead patches of sod. Scott had someone come out very quickly to give us an estimate. He gave a very fair estimate and was cheaper then any other place I checked. Once we finalized pricing, Scott had a crew out in 2 weeks despite it being the busy season. They finished the job in 1 day and did a very professional job. We are also getting fertilizer/weed treatments through Scott and our grass is looking much better with every treatment. Thank you!

Scott and his crew are easy to deal with. Whenever we have a question, or we need something done, we communicate (EASILY) with them, and the work gets done. Their billing system works great, and we get monthly receipts that show what we paid for. All in all, this is the best lawn service (of the 4 that we've had in the past 10 years) that we have used, since we moved to Heritage Ranch. Thanks, Scott!

Scott and the guys have been tending our yard for close to 10 years now. They've also done some landscaping from time to time. We love this company. Scott and Emily's employees are, without exception, personable, responsive to any requests or feedback, and do excellent quality work. They communicate when they are coming, and when there will be a change due to weather. They do a great job trimming shrubs and avoid the ones I ask them not to touch and keep the weeds out of the beds as well. They are quick but thorough and they hire legal Americans and always have, which is unusual here in this business

We moved in our new house and started to work with Texas Lawnscapes for more than one year. Their mowing and fertilizing is really good for our lawn. Scott gave us a lot of suggestions on maintenance even I don't want to pay for their service. If the worker cannot make it on any reason, they will call me and reschedule it. Also, I do like their billing system. I am pretty sure I will continue work with this professional company.
