Deal Heating and Air offers two residential preventative maintenance plans, Preferred and Elite. These plans gives home owners a cost effective way to keep their systems operating at peak performance for a low monthly fee. For commercial customers, Deal Heating and Air offer custom plans to fit your business's needs.
Extends the life of your system. By minimizing the amount of wear and tear, our maintenance plans can prolong the life of your system. Saves you money. You'll save by our plans reducing the need for repairs and by maximizing the efficiency of your system which can reduce your utility bills. Please note that for both the Preferred and the Elite plan, our first visit is scheduled 4 - 6 months from initial payment.
If you don't have ductwork in your home and don't want the expense of installing them to get a central AC system, the good news is that you don't need ducts with a ductless mini split AC and heating system. These units offer many benefits over a traditional HVAC system. Deal Heating & Air install Mitsubishi ductless mini split systems for our customers here in Placerville, CA, Sacramento, CA and the surrounding areas.

These guys are the best! They went above and beyond to make sure we had heat when it was freezing outside and I'm sure we weren't the only ones that needed there service at the time but they made us feel like we were most important! They were willing to set up a temporary heater in our house if they couldn't fix on the spot. Luckily they were able to take care of the repair within 45 min. I would never think of calling anyone else. 👍👍👍👍👍

The folks at Deal Heating & Air responded very quickly and were very professional. The tech was very knowledgeable, but still called Dino to confirm it was the correct diagnosis. They had the parts with them, and had our system fixed just like that. The price wasn’t cheap, but these guys do it right the first time. Five Stars for these guys.

Just had a great experience with this company. I’m a single working mom and my AC stopped working two days ago. DHAA was able to accommodate my schedule and come and diagnose what was wrong with my system and then clearly explain to me what was wrong with it. The technician, Craig, was so polite and I didn’t feel stupid for asking questions. I’m so happy a friend referred me to the company and I will definitely be using them again.
