Really helped me out. Wanted my original key to be reprogramed. It seemed to have become unable to start my truck. They couldn't get to take the programing, but were able to set me up with a new key that worked. Treated me well, and for a good price.

This man is a life saver! I locked my keys in my car at work last night. It was about 10 before I realized the mistake I made. I called him at 10:30 and he was there before 11, got my car open, and was able to figure out my pass code on my driver's side door so I never have to worry about this problem again. Super friendly and reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend!!

I called on a Friday night, just as all the other locksmiths in town were closing. Paul was actually the 3rd place I called but was he able to help me within about 30 minutes vs several hours for the other places I called. He was fast, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call him first if I ever needed a locksmith again.

The latch mechanism inside our front door handle broke Saturday night. Took it apart and discovered a small part of mechanism had snapped off. Thinking I'd need to replace the complete door handle set, I went to the Schlage website to see if a matching set was available. Our home is 16 years old, so finding matching replacement parts is already a problem. Apparently, Schlage no longer makes the door handle in the exact style and color. Awesome I was lock out of my chevy volt (out of 12 v battery) and called him and came like 15 minutes after and have it open in a minute or two with a great attitude and great service

I called them about a lockout. they wanted close to 80 dollars to come out and unlock the car but and said they could not make a key on sight. they said they would have to come back days later at another 250 dollars. what lock smith do you know can't make a key on the spot for a old ford.

Paul's Lock & Key is the best in Rochester! Travis is always there when we need something done. My company use to use Bowman's but they are trash. So we switched over to Paul's and had nothing but amazing service and business from them! They are always there when you need them and will continue to use them for time to come! Extremely rude and vulgar. The man at the counter was amazed by Apple Pay but I was told to F**k myself and take my business elsewhere by a voice from the back room. I was courteous and friendly throughout but left scratching my head. I have no idea how they can stay in business with this behavior

I generally like to support family owned businesses. I brought a key in this morning and asked if I could get it copied. The owner said "yes". I said "I might get two of them from you". He said "I don't know what that means "might". Do you want two made or not?". I said "you know what I mean". He said "I don't know what you mean. Do you want two or not?". Clearly he has anger issues. At that point I asked for the key back. He shouted "Idiot! Don't ever come back to this store again". As if that is a likely scenario

We had an emergency on Christmas Eve, and Keith was very quick to help us out. He saved us from a lot of anxiety and problems. I highly recommend this establishment. Great service, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service.

I (thought I) locked my keys in my trunk. I called Paul's in the middle of a Sunday and the man who came to my rescue was so nice and so friendly and very helpful. He was patient while I struggled to look for my keys (which ended up being in the house...don't wanna talk about it) and made a stressful situation quite pleasant. I greatly appreciated his genuine kindness. And, he even told me how I could try to get reimbursed through my insurance. Five star service for sure!

(Thought we) needed a replacement chip key for a 2013 Toyota. Other shops in town said they could but when we showed up they didn't have the equipment for this model. Local Toyota Dealer was going to charge well over $100 or so and told us it would take an hour. Paul's did it for $70 and 15 minutes.

Locked my keys in my car at a gas station, while it happened to be -4 degrees out! I was in a horrible rush, and despite telling me it could be up to an hour wait, someone was at my car in 10-15 minutes (during a Vikings playoff game no less). I had great service and was in my car within 20 minutes of calling. Very appreciative.
