My first notion was to use a business from my local area or town. After talking to a few companies, I chose to have Comfort Solutions do my installing. The two men by the names of Sam an Clay did the work in my home an they did a very professional job. When they were done they went over everything and explained how it worked. Then they cleaned up the work place mess that they made an hauled it away. From the time I was given an estimate from Gary till the day they did the installing, their prices didn't change.Gary even ask if I was a veteran and he gave me a military discount. They also don't

I have a service contract with them to come twice a year and do preventive maintenance on my heat pump. On November 7 they called and asked if the service technician, Mic, could come a business day early. Since it was convenient for me, I agreed he could come. He arrived within the promised timeframe. He did the preventive maintenance which included changing the humidifier pad and getting it ready for winter operation. He said the heat pump checked out in good condition. He made sure he cleaned up after himself.

Had my winter check up on the furnace today. Had a few questions and Mick was very helpful answering them. Have used Comfort Solutions for many years and am very pleased with them. Being a alone is so nice to have someone to depend on when it comes to heating and cooling.

My home has a 15 year old Waterfurnace geothermal system. During a routine checkup (it was a very late checkup, 4 years since the previous checkup) it was found that my own stupidity led to an internal water pump going bad (the water furnace has connections to allow it to preheat incoming water for the water heater). I had disconnected these connections while replacing a water heater, unknowingly allowing the pump to remain on. The assigned technician discovered the bad pump, and was able to get it fixed in a timely manner, as well as re-attaching the pre-heater in the Waterfurnace to the water

Critical: Professionalism
The company used to maintain my Williamson 5-in-one for years and then Gary Martin bought the company and when I bought my new Lennox he and his staff were rude. I was told by someone that knew the company that he has a reputation for having a bad temper so I have had my new Lennox furnace maintained by another company.
