We use this cleaning company for all our move in and move outs. They are simply the best and accomodate all our requests. They are very professional and we love their staff. Christy is amazing at doing deep move out cleanings. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is tired of the cookie cutter cleaning companies. They go beyond our expectations.

Refuses to pay employees, tolerates harassment on the job, ***uses dawn and water to clean**** LOL, and directly insults employees after they quit. had to get DOL involved.

First, I would like to say I travel intensely and have used many companies for standard home and apartment cleanings. Extra step Cleaning of St. Louis has been forthcoming and communicative through my entire experience, even responding to quick questions and during the work day. I was pleased with Michelle, whom is the owner and the main person I communicate with for service. The company works very quick and well in a team of 3 or 4 and will handle most everything in my home. The women who came to my home were courteous and sweet to my cat. Incredible. Not only do they make my life easier doing a job that I have no time to do, they accommodate my schedule as well as spoil my dogs and children. They do a superb job cleaning and I love that they are here and gone fast. I work from home so this is a major selling point about them for me. I don't have to be interrupted with the constant vacuum noise while trying to hear a phone conversation. If I want something unique or different, they are always eager to please without hesitation.
