I would not recommend using Grass Catchers, nor would we ever use them again. I contacted Mike, the owner, and he said he would come out and look at the front yard for an estimate and would call me with it. I waited all afternoon and did not hear from him. I eventually received a voicemail that he could not locate my house number on my street. I called him back and said that he had the wrong number. He said that this was the number I gave him. Now, I have lived here for two years. I think I know my own address. Instead of just politely saying sorry, he blamed the customer. He said he

I set up a day for this company to go to my house for an estimate. First, I felt rushed off the phone when I called. Secondly, I called a week later to ask if they came to my house and had an estimate. I was told he was upset our guard gated community told him he had to go through back gate, so he didn't go to my house. He said he didn't like doing business in my community and basically didn't want the job. I live in Rhodes Ranch, so if you live in a guard gated community, don't be surprised if you get the same type of treatment. I'm just glad I didn't find out how
