Not customer friendly.. I was offered a discount but it was not properly written up when tech came causing a whole uncomfortable moment. I really wanted to cancel because of how i felt as if I made it up. I truly believe the wording was not clear and no written confirmations were given causing the misunderstanding. I then expressed my concerns on yelp and here comes the bully again texting me saying im out of line and my carpets were the worse hes seen huh?! They advertised worse on their site???? So instead of trying to resolve the issue,

Was advised I would receive 15 off I assumed 15 percent but Joe and Erica insisted that i was not offered such discount. It was unprofessional to offer a discount and not include it in writing or include it on the work order and even more disrespectful to insinuate that I was making it up! Well that was rectified with 15 dollars off and I accepted that maybe i heard wrong no apologies from the company. Also my carpets doesn't look too clean afterwards. The whole customer service thing is big to me and I didn't feel valued or that my service received was of value. Again the response and

Please DO NOT let this company touch any seams in your carpet. They clean carpet ok and show up but they do not know what they are doing when it comes to seaming carpets. I had them come out to clean a fish tank water spill that I had mostly cleaned up. I was leaving town and did not want to risk mold so I had my wife call them to dry the underside and extract and clean remaining water. A technician showed up and said no problem they would pull the carpet back in the closet leave a fan and clean the carpet. The owner Tony showed up and wanted to cut the carpet at the door I am guessing because

I bought a brand new house and within the first 2 months I had my dog rip carpet 2 different times in different locations. The first time Home Depot came out and did an amazing job. The second time a friend told me to call Eagle Carpet care as they clean her carpets .... And so I tried them out. Well, it was dark and rainy and I was in bed in another room as they repaired the carpet in a bedroom.... Once they left that I went in to the room I noticed how TERRIBLE it was and immediately called and emailed them. I had just had Home Depot repair my carpet in a different spot in my BRAND NEW HOUSE

Very unprofessional and destructive young employees. Not only will they do an absolutely subpar painting job, but they will also get it all over your belongings. They will be careless and break your valuables, although they did compensate me for it. The teenage employees will also help themselves to your entire pantry and go through your stuff while they work. They have a habit of showing up totally unannounced expecting to get the job done that they were supposed to finish a week before (because customers don't have a life apparently). Do Not Let These People In Your Home! First off, their cleaning job was poor. A $99 whole house special would have been as good a job as Eagle did at a much higher price. But the worst is they caused damage to my house. They spilled hot water on my hardwood floors causing a large damage spot. And they put scuff marks on walls, making an especial mess in both stairways. I called and they did return to look at the damage. They proceeded to tell me how I should fix the damage to the hardwood floors they caused, and then the scuff marks began as “I don’t know how we could have done that” to “there

They came and cleaned my carpet and damaged the seam in my wall to wall carpet in my daughter's room. I called them to discuss it and the owner came over to look at the damage. They tried to tell me my carpet was damaged, they used the word, "delaminated" and told me the Spot Shot I used to try and clean the stain loosened the seam. My rug is a year old. The seam was ripped by the carpet cleaner who told me he was going to "fix it." The owner also told me he can fix it but he would charge me for the fix. I had to have my carpet installer repair it with a small rectangle
