Updating my review after change in circumstances. My earlier review: "Nice people but competency, follow up and ownership of responsibility not of professional standard". And then 1star.
My reason for hiring Platinum Cabinetry was based 100% on recommendation by someone with whom I have complete confidence in work, ethics, and experience in remodeling/construction industry.
I put complete trust in that and went full steam ahead using this company's services. I expected their expertise to carry the day and to not have my lack of expertise be put to test. I was operating at a distance so needed
