Cavalier Kitchens & Baths, Inc. was formed in late 1989 by Delmas Pratt and Scott Dyke. Delmas and Scott designed, ordered products and ran operations for many years along with Donna Pratt in record-keeping. Today, Cavalier Kitchens & Baths continues to lead with new and remodeled kitchen and bath projects that remain true to home design as well as incorporating today's latest trends.

We can meet at your home and highly recommend visiting our showrooms afterwards to see and feel the products. If you visit our showrooms first, we can schedule a time to visit your home and begin the measure and estimating process. New Home? No Problem! From true stock cabinetry with a week or less lead-time to semi and full custom cabinetry, we are your one stop shop for professionally selected brands of quality cabinets. Some of our brands have been offered since we opened so you can trust our manufacturer relationships that are mutually demanding as an authorized dealer.
We offer a wide array of brands in laminate, solid surface and quartz surfaces as well as real marble, soapstone and wood! Laminated products have been around for over 100 years and gained popularity in the 1930's when Formica began putting laminated countertops in diners, cafes, train cars and even the RMS Queen Mary!
We take hardware seriously and so should you! Hardware is a finishing touch that is decorative but also completely functional so special attention to size, shape and color are crucial to finish off your investment. We can help even if you're just looking to update your existing kitchen or bath with new hardware.
Lighting is the next bright idea in kitchens, baths, closets, libraries as well as entertainment and family rooms. Another finishing touch that has become an integral part of almost all new installations. We can design under cabinet, cabinet interior, drawers, toekick and accent lighting as little or as much as you prefer with traditional switches or with new wireless remote applications.

Do not use this kitchen and bath store. They DO NOT have compassion for people who have been burned by other Virginia contractors. Ordered a sink and my house contractor broke the contract and although I never had the sink in my possession I was charged a 25% restocking fee. Talk about unfair. The restocking fee was not mentioned at the time of purchase. So upset. Would NOT recommend these people AT ALL!

I went in today to look at bathroom vanities. Walked past the receptionist and she did not say anything about no one being on the sales floor. After walking around the entire sales floor, I never saw anyone on the sales floor to ask any questions. Upon walking out the receptionist had nothing to say, if I needed help, etc.

I have been very impressed by the way the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I have had the privilege to not only meet one of the owners, Scott, but he was kind enough to accommodate me simply because I had drive out of my way to visit their store. I recently used Cavalier Kitchens to remodel my kitchen and recommend them without hesitation! Their advice kept me within my budget and no matter how many times I changed my mind, they easily adjusted the overall plan. Most important of all, when my installer (who was a separate contractor and NOT connected to Cavalier) damaged the cabinets, Cavalier stepped in. They flawlessly repaired the damage and helped to complete the installation at no extra cost. I truly believe that they went above and beyond what they were contracted to do! Once upon a time I was a Designer for CKB. During my year of employment, I absolutely cherished my position. Working with the people who own the business every day was a blessing to me.
Unfortunately however, I believe the coronavirus changed a little the way people talk to other people (basically, some people let fear get in their way) and I could not continue accepting ridicule & belittlement.

We worked with Elizabeth Henkel at Cavalier Kitchens & Baths and she was so helpful and so professional that we would recommend that you request her specifically. Elizabeth first helped us design our kitchen, and then walked us all the way through the process until our remodel was complete. Although she is extremely busy, there wasn't a time that she didn't answer our calls or emails immediately - or soon thereafter.
