THEY DESTROYED OUR FLOOR BOARD AND COVERED IT UP!
We recently had our carpet replaced. While they replaced the carpet.....their installer created a hole in the floor board. We literally fixed a hole 2 days before the install only to have him break a new one. His cussing was a big give away. I poked my head out of the room to see why so much cussing......the hole is in the spot he was standing. What a waste of money. We replaced the carpet to fix a hole and they create a new one and cover it up. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS???

Laura and the staff and Komplete Flooring took great care of our family. With a new baby on the way, they helped us choose and install carpeting as well as vinyl plank in time for the new arrival. The wood finish installation is crisp, and the look & comfort of the carpeting is perfect. It's important to support local businesses instead of driving to the big box stores to save a few dollars.
