So I am a dealer for them I love there cabinets 1 customer service is outstanding 2 they come with clips on them to put together it takes minutes to put together. Other companies clips are in bag an you have to put on alot of loss time. There web site for dealer is super good best so far. Do not believe the reviews you see. Truly a great company this from a old carpenter not a designer

All this negative reviews you see are 100% true what a terrible customer service the lady there barely speaks English at all and even when we try Spanish she will be rude. Ignoring our emails and calls.
Once I'm done with this order I will throw all there door samples out of my show room so I'm not going to waste my time any more...

Run like hell! This company has no customer service or respect for there customers. They will take your money then send you half your order claiming the rest is on back order.
They will take your money 35k for a large Project than tell you it will be 5 weeks and 3k to ship it to you a few hours away. Then they will claim they have strict COVID guidelines so you can't send your own LTL Carrier or pick up your order. When you call there sales representative which you will probably never see, he will claim there so big that they don't have to take care of your business and do nothing to help.

K&S Homes, Inc (DeBary FL, Ken Fortner Owner) ordered these cheap and poorly made cabinets and charged me triple what they are worth!!! The cabinets began splitting and peeling, gouge marks in the faces, totally a fail!!! I get making cheap cabs if your doing a flip but to use these in a kitchen remodel is unacceptable!!! Anyone who has said these cabs are good must not know what good cabs are. If this company is reputable do the right thing and at least give me my money back as Ken Fortner left me high and dry!!!

My husband and I own a cabinet and countertop company in Augusta, Ga. We have been using Matrix for a few years now and I have to say this is one of the worst customer service businesses I have ever encountered. They are disorganized, rude, and SLOW. They never get the quotes to you in a timely fashion, they take weeks to ship and order and even days for you to pick it up. Everyone I speak to is rude and has no information they will give you.
Good thing we have found some new suppliers to work with and are doing most of our business with them. I would not recommended going in to business with
