Miguel has been my preferred service advisor at Greenacres Nissan. I had my car towed to the dealership a few days ago. As soon as the tow truck entered the dealership, Miguel was already outside speaking to the tow truck driver assessing the situation. Although I did not get the car fixed. He understood and tried to help out as much as he could. I have had some not so pleasant encounters with other service advisors at other Nissan dealerships. But Miguel definitely stood out from the rest which made me want to go back.

I didn't have an appointment. I had a warning light on my dash. They said it would be about an hour. At 2 hours they still had not looked at it. After 2 and 1/2 hours they said it was a Sensor that was miss reading and it was reset. I understand it taking time since I didn't have an appointment but it seems if it was triaged they could have discovered the issue sooner and decreased my wait time.

We just purchased a Rouge at Greenacres Nissan. I don’t believe the way we very treated. It was awesome! Our salesperson was Steevens. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and friendly person to help us. He found me the vehicle that I wanted with limited resources and also the price point that was in the budget. Steevens is a total asset to his company

This was my first time purchasing a car. The sales person Steevens was extremely helpful (not pushy) patient and very knowledgeable. The finance and insurance guys were both amazing and explained everything clearly . It was one stop shopping and the best end to a very hectic day of car shopping. Should of came here first and saved myself the anxiety and stress. Thank you guys!!

Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. The Greenacres team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. I say that because when I went there recently, I had an great experience from Mike AKA “Cowboy” who delivered superior customer service, his information was accurate, his responses to queries were turned around very fast. His answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly. I didn’t feel force to accept the additional car service work that was suggested. I would recommend them unreservedly

I am a first time car buyer and my experience at Greenacres Nissan was phenomenal. From the moment my parents and I walked in we were pleasantly greeted by Drew. Both Drew and Norman made sure I was going to get into the car that I truly wanted. Drew was very professional, patient, kind, and very attentive. Although my credit was not the greatest, Frank went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my car payments. Isidoro was very helpful and informative.
