The owner of this business seems to be the salt of the earth. I called the business early Sunday morning, on January 2nd, for a plumbing emergency and not only did he answer the call, but he spent time trying to assist me through the issue. He recommend plumbers that might be able to do the job on a Sunday as he was unable to assist (I learned his business technically does HVAC work and not plumbing). I obviously can't attest to his work in HVAC, but I can say this owner has what seems to be a wonderful character and integrity. He would be my first call to an HVAC company if I ever needed one.

I am relocating out of the area and the house is up for sale. I have been trying since over 30 days to get a service call scheduled and performed for my furnace and A/C, When I first called, no one called me back. 2nd time, Raylene was supposed to call me back.....nothing. Third time I called, finally got through to Raylene. I was told mid September at the earliest. This was mid August mind you that she said this. 2 weeks pass by. I called to get an update, Raylene said the computers were down and she could not confirm my appointment. I called today, Raylene is off for 5 days until after Labor

Not sure why our AC decided to go out on one of the hottest days of the year (117!), but Guardian responded as quickly as they could and did a fantastic job of explaining the problem and the solution. Technician Matthew Smith should be an engineer! He pinpointed the source, and had all of the proper equipment and parts. There was one more problem that he honestly discussed with me. He said the capacitor was not working as it should have been. Matt told me to run a trickle of water on it overnight to cool the capacitor down. He could have easily told me that it was broken and charged me in excess

Thank you for sending Matt to fix my furnace! I felt he was going to find the solution to why it wasn't working the way it was. He replaced the part that went bad and got it up and running. Very good at what he does. with a cold spell coming, I was worried about what we would do for heat and not being able to replace the furnace financially right now. He is so calming and personable and professional all at the same time. Thank you for having Matt at Guardian,!

My wife and I were very pleased with the timely service on our air conditioner, gas furnace, and remove and replace the water heater.
Matt Smith did the reinstall of the air conditioning unit and also serviced the gas furnace. He did a great job even working overtime to make sure everything was working correctly. He explained everything to us and his personality was very personable.
The men that removed and replaced the hot water heater also were very personable and answered all questions about the operation of the new heater. They did a great job on it.

Matthew is absolutely amazing! One of the hottest days of the summer, 108, and my AC went down. Matthew was here for my family, working in the heat to fix the AC unit which now works! A huge thank you to Matthew! I would recommend calling this gentleman if you are ever broken down!! Excellent service!

I needed to purchase some air filters that were the nominal size of 20x20x4 and they had them in stock and for a great price. Great customer service on the phone and in person. Thank you Guardian.
