Chris did a really great job with making a duplicate my van and he did a really great job of programming my sons key for his car, and his wife was amazing because she unlocked the car when we thought the key was in the vehicle. They did a great job working and helping us get our key situation figured out.

Phone number goes straight to voicemail and says mailbox is full and Cannot leave messages. Company out of business ?
In response: If you use your mailbox for your answering service you should update it to inform potential customers trying to do business with you of your situation. It has a negative impact not only on return customers but futures ones that might just think your are no longer in business

I had lost a set of keys and the key fob for my Challenger. I had seen this locksmiths vehicle around town before so I gave him a call. I was very surprised when he said he could be at my house in a half hour. And to the minute, he showed up in in less than a half hour. He was very courteous and professional and had my new key fob programmed and the spare key cut within a half hour. I was impressed. The price was very reasonable. I’d call Local Lock & Key anytime if the need rises again for my house or car. Thank you

Chris was an absolutely amazing guy to work with. He saved me three hours of driving by offering to check on a car for me just to see if it needed a key made. In the end, the car didn't need a key and he didn't charge me for his help even when I offered to pay. Just really amazing customer service from a genuinely great person. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service couldn’t have imagined it going so quickly and smoothly. So the alarm on my ‘08 civic was going off and my key didn’t work in the door port. I couldn’t even put it in drive because the security alarm was triggered. I called them and within 10 minutes was already at my house and within a half hour had a brand new key and key fob that unlocks and locks my car. Outstanding service I definitely recommend them to anyone who has a car and no key fob! 10 out of 10.

Contact from them was made on a Sunday saying they could come out Monday afternoon. I replied with verification, address and phone. I spent an entire afternoon sitting at home. No one called, messaged or showed up. Thankfully they don't have any billing information otherwise I'd be concerned about that.
When trusting a company with something as personal as your home security, this is clearly a company to avoid.
