Awful unprofessional service. Initial quote was twice as cheap as final price and there was nothing new added after. Also two hours late. Roto rooter is far better they came and fixed the botched job this “company” did. Stay away all positive review they just got lucky.

I cannot say enough about this business! They have treated us wonderfully as a church and me in my own home with utmost respect and professionalism. From the answer of the phone to the final payment this company has been a delight to work with. They were punctual in repairing my leeching field at my house and our pumps at the church. They explained everything to me, were very respectful, and always give a fair price for the repair. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you Econo Rooter for such great work!

I didn't know where my septic access was because it had been pumped before I bought the place. I know, not an excuse, but they were very prompt, came out, found it on my property and dug it out for me! I absolutely don't mind paying someone to do work I don't want to do! They were able to get me on the schedule the same week to empty my septic tank. Their tech called me the night before because he had time available to get me on the schedule earlier. They were professional and quick, much better than
Roto Rooter! And it cost exactly what they said it would. I'll absolutely use them again.

I honestly don't get why these guys get bad reviews. The two times I called them for help, I had very positive experiences. I didn't have to wait long for them to call me back, and they came by the next day and fixed the problem. Both technicians, Austin and Travis, were on time, knowledgeable and efficient. And also - genuinely nice people. Thanks, guys. Sincerely.

Terrible and dishonest company. We used them for a septic pumping and inspection for a home sale. They assured me twice that the bill could be paid at closing. They lied. That demanded payment the same day and refused to release the report and delay closing until paid. Also bill was nearly twice what was quoted. I would recommend to stay away.

Doesn't look good when the only review this business gets is by one of his employees who works in his office. The owner of this company is a con...stole customer lists from Roto rooter coos bay and preys on the hearts of the older folks in town to make a buck. If u want better service, cheaper prices and want the job done right the first time give Roto Rooter coos bay a call. Joel did work next to my house...ran a new line and disconnected my house from sewer service due to a bad line without informing me of the problem. What a nice and honest man.. Do not trust Joel Klein....snake in the grass
