We called at 5:00am and Russel showed up very shortly after, happy to take us to our destination. It was a last minute attempt since someone parked in front of our original travel van unbeknownst to us the night before. Russel was extremely happy to help us and was an extremely safe driver.
While the van was not the cleanest, his enthusiasm and mood really saved us (especially at 5:00am!). This is the definition of small businesses beating out big chains - we were on the phone with Hertz's main line for about 30 minutes trying to coordinate a van with the local Hertz.

I highly recommend using RC Van Service. Our driver Russell was professional, flexible and handled a difficult and delicate situation in the best way possible. Not only did RC Van Service do a wonderful job, they completed it faster than I had anticipated, which is unusual for a moving service. Good people, good service.
