We absolutely love our new pool! We use it for entertaining, family fun, and is great for exercise. Everytime we swim, it's like we have a vacation in our own backyard!
Our neighbors had a pool installed by PMC Pools and highly recommended them. We reached out to multiple pool builders and PMC Pools was the only one that made us feel like a priority.
We never thought we would be able to afford a pool but their quote came in cheaper than all of the other builders. We did leave some things out of our build due to budget, such as waterfall, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace, but we will continue to

PlaMor is AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. They installed a fiberglass pool for me this year and they were true professionals from start to finish. Very responsive (and that's impressive since they are so busy) and just excellent work and service at every turn. Answered every question (even ones that a first time nervous owner asked over and over!) and were just wonderful to deal with. HIGH QUALITY job. There are not enough words for me to say to describe how AMAZING Pla-Mor pools was in helping my grandmother with her dream pool! They went above and beyond to make sure all of her expectations and dreams were met with her pool build as well as taking the time to personally answer any and all questions she had! PMC Pools is a great company to work. As a first time pool owner they walked us through the process thoroughly, responded timely to my inquiries and continued to provide support post installation. They provided education throughout the process from explaining what to expect during construction to post installation maintenance. Issues were addressed immediately and there were few. We looked at 6 pool construction companies and PMC provided the best value. We are very happy with PMC.

Not only did Pla-Mor install my pool and hottub, but have been there to open and close it every year, answer one-off questions, and make recommendations for pool related services (even if it's not them). I love that I can call them, often a day or 2 before I want it opened, and they are there! Steve and Mary-Ann (along with their staff) are a pleasure to work with, and their professionalism is only exceeded by their friendliness.

Pla-mor pools installed my pool 3 years ago and 4/18 I am paying the price! Stay away from them!!! When they built it, their machine got too close to the wall and moved it inward about 2-3” so they pulled it back and anchored it down. They gave me a used light in the pool which also doesn’t meet code (doesn’t come out of the pool and sit in the pool deck)! They gave me a used pool pump and now I find out that they measured the vinyl liner wrong and it is way too big causing excessive wrinkles. They also cemented the liner in place when they did the concrete coping so the liner will not come
