Landrum Construction is fantastic. There was constant communication. There was high quality people doing high quality work. They take changes in stride and stick to budget. They take an idea and create it even better than others imagined.
I can’t say enough positive about Landrum Construction. What speaks is that this is my second time working with them and there will be a third. I guess the best possible review of our built in, fireplace and hard wood floors comes from my otherwise “unimpressed with much”

First of all let me start by saying this. The people that gave a bad review must be out of their mind. Randy built our house for us. He went above and beyond for us. He work countless hours with us and on our house. He and his wife are the most pleasant friendliest people I have ever met. 2 words can describe this builder honest and friendly!! On top of that the quality of our home is outstanding!!! The attention to detail that was taken by Randy was phenomenal! We have had compliment after compliment about our house. If we happened to have anything that needed fixed or touched up Randy had it

I have worked with Randy for 30 plus years professionally and personally. He's installed the interior trim and doors for all of my personal projects along with numerous custom built-in's. He works for multiple custom builders in Northern Kentucky and is always their go to person for interior trim.

They were highly recommended to us for work on our custom home. They came in and installed the windows and doors in a very timely manner, cleaned up their area and we couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and quality.

They built the best quality house!! Upgrades are excellent! What’s even better is dealing with Randy and Summer. They built our house, but we made good friends too!!

We have used Randy with Landrum Construction for 3 large custom jobs, over the past 2 years.
Randy helped to design 2 beautiful built in shelves (one in study and one in the family room). All done to our specification and wishes. Our third project was to completely refinish our kitchen cabinets. All three projects were completed within his given time frames, are professional and perfect; not to mention are absolutely gorgeous! We highly recommend him for any project, large or small.

Randy has installed interior trim and doors for multiple properties that I manage and has done an excellent job every time.

Very poor workmanship and accountability. He did the finish carpentry on a newly built custom home, I would have done better to do it myself, gaps, uneven, joints that are not tight. After paying tens of thousands of dollars to Landrum Construction, we now have to pay thousands more to have the job re done correctly. Zero recommendations for this "gentlemen" and his business.
