Steve Alexander is the most enlightened human I've ever had the pleasure of calling "boss". He meets everyone as an equal, yet raises the bar in conversation. Nothing perturbs him (and in this business, that is saying something). Working here, I am surrounded by diverse ideas from an array of backgrounds, and Steve amplifies ideas from those who might otherwise be talked-over. It's refreshing to work with someone who supports principles without standing against anyone. We find solutions that way where others get stuck.
