WOW I only gave 5 stars because they didn’t have 10 stars. This company is outstanding! My contact person was John King and he made the whole process of building my 36’ x48’ pole barn a pleasure. John along with his Forman Allen made sure that even the smallest detail was taken care of. The crew that they had on my job was Top Notch. No shortcuts. At one point I heard Allen say “ I don’t want to hear good enough it has to be perfect” and it is. I can not recommend this builder enough and hope that if you are thinking of having something built you will choose SVC and have the pleasure

John is fantastic to work with and helps you through the entire process. We had a design in mind for our garage / storage building and he brought it to life as we had envisioned. The crew is very professional and friendly. I was curious and had lots of questions as they were working and they were happy to explain what they were doing and let us watch. John and his crew worked fast and cleaned up every day leaving the work site tidy. The end product is very well built and sturdy. The roof and siding are precisely aligned and the trim work is impeccable. Great job, thanks again!
