They do a great job, at a reasonable price, and show up on time. They also were able to get out quickly, as our situation was somewhat of an emergency. Have used them for years. Highly recommend.

He does great work garage door opens and closes nicely. Will definitely call again if I have anymore problems out of it. I had expected to pay way more to have it fixed.

I feel like whatever I say in this review will be inadequate to describe how great this experience was. I was quoted a price for a specific repair, but the parts replaced were upgraded from what I had and several other small repairs were made that had nothing to do with what we discussed. The quote did not go up, still only charged the amount quoted in spite of the upgrade and other several small repairs. Really nice guy. Did I mention he was at my house and fixing my garage within 20 minutes of my call to ask for repairs?

Had a issue with my builder grade standard issue garage door week of April 24. Bruce (owner) came out same day and fixed it within hours when all the other service companies in town were quoting three days out for an appointment. Service call cost $75.
May 8 garage door wasn't closing properly again and bent things up pretty bad. Called Bruce at 8am and he was on-site by 9:30. He replaced all the rollers and fine tuned everything, no charge. Very clear that's he's skilled and knows garage doors.

An individual who provides good service at a fair price. A rarity these days. My gears had stripped out in my garage door opener. I called a couple of places that have flyers in local Valpack and they all were overpriced. Mr Butler came out, fixed my opener (while I was out) and left his bill. Good old fashioned treatment. I highly recommend him.

Garage door cables broke and I needed someone to fix them. Warranty was long gone, I didn't know who to call that could be reputable. Found this company and called the number. Gentleman told me that he was in Simpsonville finishing up a job and that he would try to come by here today, or Saturday morn if he couldn't make it.
