UPDATE (8/13/2021) - I've attached a couple of photos and a screenshot of the lack of communication / traction on this issue so other potential customers can get a truer sense of the whole problem. Keep in mind that the manager reached out me back in May 2021, and stated this issue would be resolved in a couple of weeks; it's been three months now and they are just ignoring me at this point. It seems they only responded to the review just to act like they cared, shocker.
