Michael Gessner and his wife, Donna, opened the doors to Gessner Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC in 2010. These Navasota natives have been servicing HVAC units all over the Brazos Valley since then. Signed up and paid for "deluxe membership (Fall and Spring clean and check)" service for two units. The contract included 16 specific cleaning and inspection items as well as filter replacement. The tech was in and out in 20 minutes. He carried what looked like a cleaner spray bottle, no tools. Not sure how he completed 16 checks on two systems in 20 minutes. Also did not replace filters. Said he would be back in a couple days to replace but it's been 10 days and counting and no filters. Poor service. Find someone else.

We needed extensive upgrading to our system and their extensive knowledge about commercial systems helped us decide to heavily invest in a new system that would be more dependable and provide cost savings on our electric bill. It has been a few months now and we are seeing savings. I also appreciate the service after the sale, which is the most important thing to me. I recommend Gessner at every opportunity.

I had some thermostats that were not working and already had two mechanical thermostats to replace the bad ones. They were scheduled me for a few days latter (my choice to wait), they showed up early, the guy got the job done in short order, and said they would send me an email with the bill.
This was one of the most seamless a/c appointments and repair I have had. I am going to be using this company for all of my future a/c work.

They had to come and work on my unit for 3 days, the tech was more time on the phone asking somebody what to do then actually working on the unit. I was charged for labor and service fees on 3 different line items even though the fee, for the parts I had replaced, covered installation. Very disappointed especially after I had seen all the positive reviews.

They did my annual furnace inspection today, and did a damn fine job. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything in easily understood terms. That's good for me, because my wife was asking questions I could answer, but I lack the skills to explain things in a way that makes sense to others. Either way, def going to have them come out in the spring to check out the A/C side!

My AC went out. I called at 4:15 pm today at 5:00 pm the Tects Steve & Robert were here and it was fixed by 5:30. I can't say enough good things about how amazing and how Thankful I am, With the heat index to hit 110 today and my house was already at 88% what great customer service and they were super nice and amazing service. Thank you Steve & Robert your amazing. I am a realtor and I will be be sure and recommend them in the future

These guys are the absolute best! I will never use any one else. Michael B is the best AC man and has so much integrity that I can't begin to say. The owner Michael G also came to help! What a company. So much for thinking no one has ethics, these guys proved me beyond wrong. They would not leave until they made sure everything worked. WHO DOES THAT ANY MORE? These guys.
