Amazed that the terms coupe and four-door had become synonymous, I purchased my first Mercedes-Benz, a four-door coupe in 2006. I hail from humble beginnings. I’d worked hard, saved long, and with such a large purchase my new first name became discerning. Discerning customer, that’s me!

Nothing but the best from Joe and the team at Mercedes-Benz State College. Joe and Jeff (GSM) stayed true to their word when I arrived. Being about 4 hrs away, it is not easy to make me want to drive out of state to purchase a car, but I saw the S Class online, called, and the next day I was driving my new car. From my recent experience, they are trustworthy, if you want to purchase a vehicle from them.

Took my car in as a trade in to buy a newer model and had the easiest time ever doing it. I hate going to dealerships usually, but the salesperson, Brooke, made everything a breeze. Donnie in finance got my paperwork through seamlessly as well. Great team they have here. Definitely will be returning.

My wife and I are very thankful for the outstanding assistance that was provided to us this past week. As I was preparing to travel outside of the country, it became apparent that I had lost the key fob to my vehicle. I was departing from Washington Dulles but, live in Woodland, PA. "Lost and Found" at Dulles did not receive the key fob. The staff at Mercedes-Benz of State College were very patient, understanding and helpful as they assisted my wife to find a solution. We had a stellar experience with the sales/ finance team at Mercedes- Benz of state college. Matthew Firth was our sales person and he was extremely professional and easy to work with. This was our first virtual car buying experience and this was extremely helpful especially being an out of state buyer. This past week my wife and I shopped at car dealers in Pittsburgh, Erie and State College for a new car. Mercedes Benz of State College was our last stop and we absolutely saved the best for last. Phillip and Bryan were a pleasure to work with and we cant wait to pick up our new car. They actually took the time to understand what we were looking for rather that just pushing what they had on the lot the way that other dealers did. It was so refreshing that the manager actually came and spoke to us directly about our deal rather than hiding in a back office somewhere. They also were very reasonable

After learning my previous car was totaled I had days to find a car that would live up to what I wanted. I did a ton of research in a matter of 24 votes then ended up finding a CPO 2019 c300 almost exactly like one I had minus the color cause white is hard to find right now. I was so excited and spoke with Joe their finance guy and he ended up chatting with me for about 2 hours about my expectations for a car what I wanted to pay and keep my monthly budget and and everything… when it was all said and done I ended up getting a brand new 2021 c300 for almost the same payment I had before on a 2018

Great service, bought a GLC 300. Impressed with their complete service solution, and after sale care. Matt is an excellent person to talk with, very friendly and caring honest guy!
