President and CEO Mark Hallmark grew up working in his father's construction company, learning all aspects of the industry. Upon graduation from Auburn University in 1978 with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mark came to work for Hallmark Builders full time as an estimator/project manager.
During this time, Mark also pursued an MBA at UAB. Today, Mark serves as CEO and President with more than 30 years' experience building successful projects in the Southeast. Estimator/Project Manager Brad Ingle started work with Hallmark Builders, Inc. in the Spring of 2003. Brad's background in Industrial and Heavy Commercial Construction was an immediate asset to our team.
Brad specializes in Professional Medical Office Facilities, Hospital Renovations, Class "A" Office Renovations, Banking and Investment Firms, as well as Shopping Centers, Retail and Industrial Warehouses. Brad's attention to detail and to the specific needs of each client he works with helps add to our long list of repeat clients.

Worst builder. Bad attitude. They don't even care for customer's concerns and safety. Wish I could give negative rating. Not even worth 1 star.
Update after 2 weeks. No help from CRM on any issue. One you buy the apartment, your life is doomed. In place of helping, the team will try to make sure that they trouble you in all the possible ways. Sales is just worried about selling the apartment. It's customer responsibility to call account's department and follow for everything. No communication between different teams. Worst builder, getting worst day by day.
Update after 3 month: No responsibility

Builder never bother to consider the feelings / sentiments of customers on rituals and biased in scenarios. And rules are created overnight for customers. And thy don't even consider our alternative options on specific scenarios.. I am working on same with govt authorities on why such overnight rules comes in place. In our case we requested for cow & calf for our house waring seeking we use steps not even disturbing their infrastructure electrical items . Thy don't even bothered to consider our personal sentiments and no rules were provided while buying flats hand over them and for few flats thy

I hail from Secunderabad and an NRI, looking to buy a property. My friends have referred HallMark builders and I got in touch with Rajesh (Sales Head) and Ravinder (Marketing) for a upcoming villa project at Pati - Kollur. I could not visit the project due to air travel restrictions and Ravinder gave me a virtual tour / pics of the project site under construction. I had to make multiple calls to Rajesh and Ravinder to make a decision. I must appreciate these Gentlemen for their endurance in clarifying all the queries that helped me to take a call, finally ended up booking a villa in Nature Nest

For the last 4months we met so many builders to buy a property, finally we decided to go with Hallmark as we have impressed upon their concern towards customers. They are definitely the WORST builder in Hyderabad. Project Empyrean is delayed by ONE YEAR, yet still the work has not been completed yet, the interior wall is soaked with water, interior wall has cracks in it, landscaping not done. Recommend "NOT" too take any buildings from these people. Please DO NOT take up there project, because hundreds of flat owners are suffering for the project empyrean.

I am sharing my experience with HallMark builders. They are the premium builders in hyderabad. I went for site visit and the way they explained about the property has resolved all my doubts regarding the property. They have helped my all queries regarding the construction, developement, etc. They have good construction quality, on time delivery, good customer queries response, very nice amenities. Overall one can be very much satisfied when comparing to other builders.

We took a flat in Hallmark Elitia. I feel sales team is the best team who have done an amazing job in selling the brand to customers. When it comes to reality nothing was done on time. Building handover was delayed. It’s been 4 months still the maintenance work is going. When we report any issue no proper response from management. Whenever we call CRM team to setup a meeting the response is that Management is busy in streamlining future projects. They are not concerned about the customers who trusted them and purchased a property.
Overall it’s a total waste of our investment in hallmark property

Nice builder recently I visited their office through friend reference and interacted with Director and the way of dealing is so impressive. And again to-day I got an opportunity to meet their customers in get-together meet every body is happy it is so rare that it self reflects their quality,on time delivery etc., their projects are Hyderabad most preferred locations. Highly recommend Hallmark builders.
