Great business to deal with. Guy owns and runs it, small American business. Invested in several handmade items. No quality issues, have referred others to him as well.
Straight up and honest as hell about the cost of a build.
If you buy Ikea, and it breaks (and it will) you'll replace it over and over.
You buy from this man, your grandchildren's children will still be using it, if it ever breaks.
And if it's something that he can't do. He will let you know and let you know what your options are.
Shop motto, If you can dream it, we can build it. It holds true.

I have a few pieces from here - a dresser, side table, a jewelry work table and an overlarge ring box. These are all absolutely beautiful.
I have had the dresser for about 10 years and it still looks great, plus has a nifty hidden compartment. It was built entirely to spec from a (rather sad) sketch I did with non-standard sizing.
The side table is of my favorite wood - Jatoba. Being considered semi-exotic (it's a type of Eucalyptus) it isn't something I could just walk into any store and buy. I generally keep my ring box on it and the both become talking pieces to anyone seeing my

I can't believe nobody has reviewed this place yet. The guy in charge of this place is kind of a wizard. From that hidden little shop in Anaheim, he produces fantastically high end work - the sturdiest mission-style furniture I've ever seen... except maybe in an actual mission. Beautiful trophy stands and display cases, absolutely stunning jewelry boxes, unique custom furniture pieces, and wood grain finishes as smooth as butter. I once saw a butcher block worthy of the Iron Chef. Insane. They even produce gorgeous walking sticks.
