Turnkey Construction Inc. is located in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley in western Montana. Stevensville has been our home since 1983 and we've been in the building industry since 1989. We enjoy designing and building homes in our community. Turnkey is a hands-on company. We build one home at a time and are present for every stage of construction, performing most of the work ourselves.

Services
We've been using Radiant Floor Heat in our homes since 1997. This type of heat system is considered to be the cadillac of heat systems, most notably found in high-end homes. Because we are performing the installation ourselves, we are able to offer this feature in our homes. Radiant Floor Heat is a comfortable heat that radiates from the floor up, keeping more of the warmth in our living space rather than near the ceiling.
Most of our homes are single level, so there are no steps throughout, making them easy to negotiate throughout for people of all ages. We've been using Radiant Floor Heat in our homes since 1997. This type of heat system is considered to be the Cadillac of heat systems, so is normally found in only higher-end homes.
We are the owners of the first spec house Turnkey Construction built. We have enjoyed this home for 12 years. As home age upgrades become necessary as well as desirable to maintain comfort and day to day savings. As a long time homeowner I have never experienced the on going level of after the sale support we have enjoyed with Turnkey Construction.
