Called to get a quote on a tree trimmed. Took two days and waiting for his hair appt. Was told they would do it the week after. Never showed so I called the following Monday. Said it would be Tues or Thursday of the following week. Here we sit on Friday with it still not done. Said it would be next Tuesday, told him not to waste my time!

I don't recommend using this company at all. The owner is terrible with communication and showed up at my house over a month after he said he would with next to no contact in between. After reaching out myself after a few weeks he told me that he would be there by a specific Friday but did not show up or contact me. He finally came the following Wednesday without contacting me first letting me know when they would actually be there. They also trimmed extra branches without asking for permission and attempted to charge hundreds of dollars more for it without any approval.

Called them and explained the stump we needed to be removed was very close to our side walk. We had just removed the branches from the shrub and still had them laying in the yard. They cleaned them up along with getting rid of the stump. They came out within the same week of us calling and made our drive way and yard look better that when they came. Making sure to not only get what we asked but also cleaning off any debris that was left from us sawing off the shrub. Very affordable as well.

I had 1 tree in an odd spot right next to my neighbors fence which made me really nervous in taking it down due to the risk of damaging my neighbors fence. A and A was recommended to me by a co-worker, so I gave them a call. LaVar was quick to respond and met with me right away at my home and gave me an on-the-spot written estimate. It was a very reasonable estimate for 1 tree removal, 1 stump removal and a trim of the tree next to it. When they arrived, I ended up asking them about trimming a 3rd tree which they readily accepted to do. Since their initial estimate was very reasonable, I just told

I had a 70 ft silver maple fall in my neighbors yard. When my neighbor saw them come, my neighbor would not stop bothering them but A&A Tree Service dealt professionally with my neighbor. They cleaned up the area very well. Their cost was very affordable and professional throughout the whole ordeal. They come well recommended.

I don't usually write reviews, but after my experience I had to let SF know about A&A. I had a phenomenal experience with A&A. They were out right away to give me a bid on my many trees that needed attention. I had an estimate in hand same day. The week scheduled for them to come out, we made some changes to the scope of work. Mr McBeth was very accommodating and re-bid the changes, hassle free. They showed up on time the day scheduled, were professional and courteous on my property (which is very important to me!) And worked hard to get the job done!! They made dropping a 40 foot
