As a property manager its always hard writing 5 star reviews, I want to keep all the good guys for myself, however these guys deserve it. They went above and beyond to resolve my emergency 3 flat roofing issue in 2 days, day one was the bid, they came back the next day to do the job... in the middle of December. In todays day its very hard to get people to work, not these guys, they are pros, I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

I contacted this company and they came to my property in less than 24 hours and made the necessary repairs to my skylight. The work came with a 2 year warranty and the gentleman could not have been more professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs to their skylight or roof.

They came to assess the damage. We were promised a quote and the footage. Neither was sent so we followed up, got confirmation that they had the footage and that the quote would be sent within 2 business days but nothing was ever sent .Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Had a quote from the company. Scheduled the project. Day of the project nobody showed up and no phone call so I called the company. I could already tell something was up. They informed me they couldn’t make it now and asked to reschedule. I had already taken the day off of work for them. Very unprofessional I would avoid.

Lost a gutter during the thaw after the huge snowstorm this year. I called these guys and they came out the next day; this was great because I couldn't find a single other contractor to even do the job due to the nature of the roof (third floor, steep roof, narrow clearance between adjacent buildings). The guys I worked with were super nice and personable, they really are a family business. I will def be using them again the next time I need gutter repair.

I used Chicago Roofing Services to replace a 12x21 exterior deck roof. I was in need of a contractor quickly, but did not want to sacrifice quality. I never write reviews, but after researching more than ten roofing contractors, this company stood out from the pack with responsiveness and reliability. The crew completed all the work within the promised time. It was professionally done and high quality. Bob, the owner, was great to work with and also delivered on promises in a timely fashion.

I needed a last minute roof quote for our house we were selling. Robert and Corky were very knowledgeable and provided the quote on our tight time schedule. They were very responsive on the phone and even responded to late night calls. Talk about great service! I will definitely use these guys for all my roofing needs going forward!
