I just called to ask a couple of questions about an estimate for Christmas lights installation. The guy that answer the phone started by asking me for my home address... right off the bat. I told him I wanted to ask a couple of questions, and he got very defensive. Had to hang up on him. He think he was going to ask me for e-mail address, phone number, bank account, date of birth, nationality, republican or democrat, etc. Take a hike!

I have been using Lighting Pros for almost a decade now. I could not be happier with the service I have received. Every year they contact me to schedule the installation of my lights in November. They are SO on the ball they contact me BEFORE I am even thinking about Christmas lights! They come in and do a very quick install, it is like I don't even know they have been here. My lights are timed to come on nightly and we just love them. The whole process is just SIMPLE. If something happens to the lights they come out and repair them immediately. This company does not have an active Electrical license, they are not permitted to work on high voltage. Only should be working on yard and holiday lighting which is considered low voltage. Please do not trust these people. I also saw employees at this company do a 3 story roof and were not harnessed off. Very unsafe...

Truly not happy with this company and I was rescheduled then no show then rescheduled to then be a no show no call to let use know they were not going to come so yes pls if your in need for a electrician don’t bother with these company because troy is rude and don’t care about calling anyone to let them know he will not be there . Bad business bad and sad troy .

Stay away, paid in full never came back to finish job called many times and was told I'm coming , my tech is coming , out of town , then I left a message that I will take legal action, he calls me cussing and telling me if I am threatening him. Then he tells me I have no contract. please stay away.its also sad when you have to give yourself five star rating troy
