Our experience with Jeffrey has been terrible. I strongly caution others to carefully read the 7 page contract he requires you to sign (plus initial every page) before starting work. Ask yourself, "why would an outdoor kitchen store need so much legal protection for selling grills and cabinets?". I can tell you it's because Jeffrey will hide behind the contract and blame all his subcontractors, suppliers and YOU for any issues.
And boy have there been issues.

We are beyond happy with the product and service provided by the Outdoor Kitchen Store. The product itself is first class and the care and attention taken to make sure we got exactly what was suited to our set-up and requirements was outstanding. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Outdoor Kitchen. We pride ourselves on providing impeccable construction service to our clients therefore, a critical part of what we do is hiring dependable subcontractors that execute the work, timely, efficiently and on budget. Outdoor kitchen was all of those things. On top of being a great contractor, they were great personally to work with which was an added bonus. Being in the restaurant business for over 40 years I think I know a thing or two about grills and customer service. I remain very impressed by the Outdoor Kitchen Store and owner Jeffrey Kline. From the moment I walked into the show room, Jeffrey was very helpful about retro-fitting a new grill into my outdoor kitchen. He took the time to visit my home, take measurements, suggest the appropriate size and schedule the workmen in a timely fashion.
