When I purchased my home I knew I would have to completely change the roof, it was 25 years old and had never been changed. After talking with Rey, the project manager, I knew that Istueta was the company I wanted to hire for the job. Rey answered every question I had and he made sure I knew what would happen and how it would happen. Rey made the process so easy and I never had a doubt in my mind that the job would go smoothly. Amazing company! From our initial call for an estimate, to our final email with photos of the job completion, we were amazed. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and responsive. In less than 24 hours of our initial call, we had an estimate for our roof repair. A beautiful package was sent to our home along with a gift of teas and a thermos. I'm so happy with the work that Istueta Roofing did on the roof of my house. From the first interview that I had with Rey, the Project Manager, he answered all my questions and doubts because he explained all the project steps to me. That made me feel confident that my roof would be installed properly and with quality.
The craftsmanship team was very responsible, they arrived on time, and every day they cleaned my property and even my neighbors' area.
