Several years ago, I was asked to bid on a project for McNeil Construction in Sonoma County.
The project demanded excellent execution towards a full home remodel, and the client was very particular about the details.

We hired McNeil Construction and Remodeling, Inc. to remodel the kitchen in our older ranch home in Petaluma. From the beginning, we found Brad McNeil easy to work with and very professional. The finished product was outstanding.
Brad has an excellent construction team, which includes employees, as well as a group of subcontractor partners that are also among the best. Everything, from basic reconstruction, electrical, plumbing, cabinet making, painting, etc. was performed to the highest professional standards. Brad personally inspected all of the work and, if there was even the smallest problem

Brad did a complete remodel of our home over a period of two years. Not only was his work wonderful and beyond expectations, but he made the process enjoyable for my wife and me. For extended periods of time, we were living in the house, and he made the work done at the other half of the house as easy on us as it could be -- cleaning up completely at the end of each day. Moreover, once the work was done, he came back without fail to help with anything that needed be done and called on his sub-contators to fix anything that needed fixing.
