Seth and Clay did a professional, well engineered and beautiful job on the ADA ramp and fence installation at our Delavan home. The ramp is solid and well constructed. We love our aluminum fence. We are very pleased with the job performed. We fully recommend this company and will definitely use again for other projects.

Covenant replaced my front door and put on a storm door, repair the concrete at the threshold and installed new flooring. It is so wonderful to have a door without air leaks, and a storm door that can be used in nice weather. I am very well satisfied with the entire job.

This company did a fantastic job on a bathroom update. Seth (owner) came up with a great plan, gave me a fair price, and completed the job in less time than he originally estimated. He kept in contact with me, explaining every step of the project. He left the area cleaner than when he started. The old, outdated bathroom now has a wonderful new feel to it. I will definitely use Seth and his crew (special recognition to Clay!) in the future. It is a blessing to find an honest, trustworthy, and straight forward contractor. I would highly recommend Covenant Remodeling & Restoration to anyone.

Bought a house with steps to deck no longer attached. Hard for older person and older dog to use them. Seth sent a top notch carpenter to rebuild new steps. My son-in-law thinks the steps are sturdy, top-notch and he definitely knew what he was doing. Will use again shortly.

Seth did an awesome job on an awning that I had ordered to put on my deck. He had to re-engineer brackets that came with the awning and reconfigure to accommodate what I had envisioned. He was professional, patient and explained the process to me as he moved along. He was also very timely. We had a Trex deck installation including the structure foundation.
All structure was built with strength and aesthetics.
The flooring and railing were professionally installed. One could tell this team had performed
these installations in past.
The proposal was very detailed. Any questions, Seth immediately addressed in proposal.
Pricing was in range of 3 other bids . Seth is excellent with communications-always knew
the work schedule and arrival date of any orders. With present Covid happening, some materials were delayed, Seth seemed to stay on top of things to keep project advancing.
