Don is the Best!!! Dunno how he was able to make a new key for my 2005 Ford excursion but his mobile laboratory looks pretty cool to me! ... I lost my keys and of course the remote too and had no spare... I waited for 4 days in hopes I'll be able to find them... instead, I found Don on Yelp and replied to me right away, was at my driveway in 2hrs...made me new sets of keys and remote in less than 15mins!! $220! Of course it was worth it! Will always call him now for our lock/keys issues

FANTASTIC, professional, and quick service ...he only had to break through my front window to unlock my vehicle! I kid I kid. Donald replied immediately to my late-night inquiry and offered me a very reasonable quote. He was responsive, arriving when he said he would, and not only was quick to decode my vehicle but also made me a spare key in his van on the spot just incase I ever get locked out again!!!

My reaction with don roush was unprofessional because he likes to talk badly about customers that don't pay him enough money an when they offer him baked goods he does take them but it seems has all about money an during these hard times you should be thankful for what u are given not give bad service to customers he doesn't arrive on time he makes excuses why hes late and he lies not only about his experience as a lock smith but also his inventory didn't last long i had to go to another lock smith because he present his inventory as higher quality than other places be cautious when picking his

Don was a lifesaver! Called other locksmiths and they couldn't come out until next day and were twice as expensive! I accidentally closed bedroom door while locked and what would have normally been an easy open with the key we had, it was a bit of a nightmare!
Our contractor installed our doorknob upside down! So the key wouldn't work! Don answered my call immediately and was here within 30 minutes! Although the door was a challenge he was able to get it open and put it back the correct way! He'll be our "to go" locksmith if ever needed! Thanks Don!
