Max Parangi Architects
Established in 1994, the firm of Max Parangi Architects P.C. provides complete Architecture, Interior Design, Planning & Landscape Architecture services. When Max Parangi Architects first opened its doors in New York as a "boutique" architectural firm, the goal was to develop and maintain the highest design standards as reflected by the Company's motto: "Architecture of Distinction."

After two decades of expansion and the establishment of a second office in New Jersey, the firm's vision and philosophy have remained unchanged. With a following of National and International Clients, Max Parangi Architects is a firm whose design creations transcend the passing of time. We believe architecture must be perceptual, visionary and deeply rooted in technology.

We consider our designs not as something that will be forgotten in time, but rather as creations to be admired and perhaps even imitated for years to come. Max Parangi Architects P.C. has devoted considerable time to the research and development of several systems for specific projects.
Services
One of the most impressive estates in Englewood Cliffs, this home has been published in several Architectural and local magazines. The house has an incredible Great Room with a majestic open fireplace and double flues finished entirely in copper. With 6 spacious bedrooms and 5-1/2 bathrooms, the house provides ample living space for the family and for entertainment.
The unusual "Horse-Shoe" shape and complex geometry of the roof lines of this 1970's 3-story office building, sitting on a beautifully landscaped site, posed a challenge to our design team when confronted with the Owner's desire to completely restore the exterior building envelope and remodel the building in line with today's technical standards, innovative aesthetic concepts and the latest energy conservation standards.
The Ronald McDonald House is a nonprofit organization whose main mission is to provide a comfortable and safe place to reside for families with medical problems and pediatric cancer patients in need of care.
This 100-year-old place of worship, with a traditional bell tower, stucco exterior, and solid brick buttresses, was badly damaged by a flood both on the main level and in the basement. We were commissioned by the Church Board to restore the entire building and design a new handicap-accessible ramp near the main entrance of the church.
The property is located in a walkable, unique transition area of the City of White Plains, close enough to shopping, services and the Train Station in the North White Plains area to make it very attractive for a slightly different type of redevelopment. We are proposing a 6-story apartment building, containing 64 units (1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments) with 81 parking spaces.

Max and his team are great to work with. He came to our house on a short notice and was able to produce a proposal very quickly. From then, the process was very smooth, albeit super long. The only minor thing is, probably my own fault as well, the final design exceeded our budget by a good amount, which means we had to cut back on some features when we reached out to contractors. This caused some communication issues with people we talked with, but nothing we can't resolve.

Overall, I would highly recommend Max and his team to anyone who is looking to a reno in westchester area - just make
