We do not direct inject chemicals into carpet or upholstery with no rinsing, leaving behind sticky residues that attract dirt, causing rapid resoiling. We apply chemicals with specialized sprayers, and then hot water/steam rinse to extract all chemicals we have applied as well as residues left behind by previous cleanings.
