Kellogg Brothers, Inc. has been offering excellence in custom residential construction in Southern Fairfield County for over 85 years. Founded as Alvah B. Kellogg, Custom Builder and Developer in 1933, the company initially focused on land development and home building. Alvah started the business when his aunt offered him farmland in Rowayton.
The Kellogg mark of distinction is exhibited in notable communities such as Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Redding, Rowayton, Westport, and Wilton, Fairfield, and Southport. Kellogg Brothers, Inc. has been a Fairfield County CT institution since 1933. We maintain the highest standards by overseeing each and every phase of construction.

We are very passionate about the treasures of the past and it takes years of experience to develope the required expertise to properly execute projects in this field. The building practices utilized in vintage and antique homes are often obsolete due to the evolving building codes and engineering of today.

Beautiful wainscoting! I have wanted wainscoting on my staircase and in of my hallways forever. My front hall was looking sad and was a real embarrassment. Mike and Tucker assessed the job and Mike worked with me for a couple of weeks (and put up with me) and was really friendly and fun. He did an incredible job. This is an antique house with plaster walls and all kinds of crazy angles and stairs that go in different directions. It required tons of measuring and calculations and was not an easy job.I would highly recommend Kellogg Brothers - especially for antique restorations. They know how to
