The Public Adjuster visits your property to perform an inspection of the damages, partially reviews your insurance policy and provides you with an opinion of your claim. After the Public Adjuster's evaluation he /she will discuss the claim with you and recommends whether you can file an insurance claim, if so, he/she explains the claims process and if both parties agree, an agreement is signed in order to proceed with the claim.
A Public Insurance Adjuster is a professional hired / retained by a third party claimant or the policyholder; we represent only the party who hired us to file an insurance claim for damage(s) to their property.
A Public Adjuster is hired/retained and represents only the policyholder; such as homeowner, property owner, or business owner in filing an insurance claim on their behalf, we work on a contingency fee basis and are usually paid based on a small percentage of the settlement amount, our services are Free until we receive the claim settlement payment from the insurance company.
