Having developed and managed real estate for over 40 years I have dealt with many levels of contractors. Problem solving and addressing issues are paramount to gaining a reputation with customers and tenants.
My poor experience with Adams Lock & Safe LLC began with an expensive set of Baldwin hardware for an exterior door.
It was not purchased from Adams and admittedly had some mismatched parts shipped from another state. I was given several alternatives to correct the problem and I gave my suggestions.
My suggestions and direct questions were ignored.
After several emails and conversations
