Called several times for a leaking roof they place on my new home 3 years ago. They said they did not have the time to look at it, second they do not have repairmen to look at it

Roof Doctor replaced 2 metal roofs for us following a hail storm. I could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism during the quoting process and the installation. Someone from their company, including the owner, was on site every day during the job to inspect. My sales person, Brevard Greene, responded to every question and request we had during the process. I highly recommend this company.

Very efficient. Did our house in one day with multiple peaks plus garage. Cleaned up everything and even blew off deck, drive and walkway. Picked up all wayward nails with metal roller. Highly recommend them.

I had Roof Doctors repair/replace my roof after Sally sometime in late Jan/Feb 2021. Come Apr 10th and after the hail storm, I had to replace again. Called lance Monday; he came out Wed and his team led by Miguel (same team as last time) finished today (Thursday). The team is absolutely fantastic. How can you get any better service? Not that I know off. Kudo's again Lance. Thank you!!!

Lied to face-to-face and over the phone by the owner Lance Carbary that he personally would inspect my roof damage. These promises dragged out over 2 months and I had to eventually go elsewhere for services. I had wanted to use The Roof Doctor based on recommendations from others as to their expertise for metal roofs. It is inexcusable for a reputable company to say they are going to do something and then not only fail to follow up but also not even have the courtesy of following up. I can understand the demand for roofing services due to storm damage but a reputable company should just tell the

Awesome company to take care of your roofing needs. I have had 2 roofs replaced and each time they have been efficient and professional. Cleaned up completely and other than a new beautiful roof you could not tell they had been there. The price was fair and beat there competition. Would recommend them each and every time someone needs a roof or repair.

I called about having a quote for small repairs. I was told I would receive a call about scheduling a time. I followed up 24 hours later because I had not received the call. Waited over the weekend and called again the following Tuesday. Never once after my initial conversation did anyone return my call, pick up the phone, or reach out to me regarding the quote.
How unprofessional.
They are also the ones who installed my roof 2.5 years ago that needs repair because of defects.

Lance and his workers went out of their way to install a much needed new roof on my parents home before the rain set in. Their work is top notch and they cut no corners. Everyone on the crew was personable and professional and they made sure everything was done to the highest standard, despite being very reasonably priced.
