To become Ford-certified, a pre-owned vehicle has to be less than six years old and have fewer than 80,000 miles on the odometer. A CARFAX Vehicle History Report is then run to identify any issues that don't meet our standards.
You have the right to choose the collision center that repairs your vehicle. The insurance company can't force you to go to a collision center of their choosing. 2. You have the right to choose the type of parts that are used in the repair process. 3. You don't have to release your vehicle to the collision center to begin the repair process before you're ready.

I've seen other high reviews here. All I can do is report on my experience. Its been a nightmare. The owner Ed Montag is very rude if confronted with sub standard service. Visited 3 weeks ago with a classic 62 mercury. Was looking at a 60s era Tbird on their lot. He noticed a small intake manifold leak and said he "cut his teeth" on 60s cars and could repair for around $250. Long story short he didn't stand behind his work. Charged 350 doing extra work i told him not to do. Broke my heater core. I paid the 100 extra and offered to pay for a new heater if he'd provide installation. He called me

Jeff is the best salesman I have ever worked with. I tried to setup a time to meet him at the dealership to test drive a truck, but we could not get a time that would fit both of our schedules. He drove it down to my work, over an hour away! And when I purchased it, he waited after hours for me to get up there and get it. He has also delivered on all of his promises of fixing things that needed to be fixed. Again he came over an hour to pick up the truck and take care of it! Highly, Highly, Highly recommend West Bend Ford.

Best auto buying experience I can remember. Initial contact was through internet sales which was very courteous and cooperative. Final negotiated price was outstanding. The folks at the dealership were equally exceptional. Closing was efficient and painless. My sales rep took a great deal of his time giving me a thorough overview of all the vehicle functions including physically programming my iphone with the Ford sync system. I would not hesitate doing business again with them in the future and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
