This business has Excellent customer service! They are very very timely! The prices are very reasonable. There is no yearly contracts which means they have integrity and they stand by their work and will not try and lock you into staying with them satisfied or unsatisfied, but leaves the choice to you.
When you call them, they will come as many times as necessary to get alleviate whatever problems you have. I had a major ant problem inside walls of my home and outside. They were very educational about the types of ants they were treating. Its been 5 months now and not one ant in site! I have used R&D Pest Management for about 4 years.
Honest - Dale has always done what he said and for the amount stated prior to work starting. On Time - He says he will be there at 9:00. He is No Contract - I am not locked into a contract. No pressure sales - Just a nice guy that will give you his advice, but won't pressure you into a sale. Warranty - If the bugs come back before the next quarterly spray, Dale will come back at no charge.
