Luis who is the owner and operator is just a delight to work with.
We were very sceptical to work with a smaller firm, but we were wrong. Very professional, respectful, punctual (for FL is unheard of), willing to listen and not just push his own product, softly spoken. He was also very efficient with the turn around time.
We used him for Smart House Shades installations. Just like with most electronics these days - there was a small hicup but not due to Miel but rather manufacturer. and oh boy Luis was so quick to be here in a flash and to assure us that he will take care of everything. He did
