Originally, the company was great and was a pleasure to deal with. I actually watched all the work they did on a neighbor’s house before calling them. They were prompt and they could get ahold of supplies that other companies were having issues getting ahold of.
With assurances that Steve would be delivering the new siding in a week, and with his instruction, the crew ripped all the siding and exterior fixtures off of my house. While they waited for the new siding to be delivered, they put up a new fence and did a fantastic job! That was over two months ago… now it has been over two months

John Vereeke was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company and moving the claim quickly- from estimate all the way to the completion of the project. The roofing crew was on time, very efficient and were very careful during the clean up. I wholeheartedly recommend Restoration Solutions.

I accepted a bid from Restoration Solutions for a pergola build in my backyard. Once the HOA approved the project we scheduled a date to start the work, but they never showed up when the day came. I haven't heard from them since. Extremely unprofessional, what a waste of my time.

I’m restoring a home in Denver and had Restoration Solutions replace gutters, paint the exterior and add a wood stained ceiling on the front porch.
We will have them back to restore our back deck.
