Didn't have the best experience with this guy... he rarely comes at the time he's supposed to and usually gives very short warning when he's on his way over. Sometimes that might be ok, but I'm in a wheelchair and can't always be ready in 15 minutes for someone to come over without much warning, but he makes you feel like you're putting him out if you're not ready when he is. The rodent service is fair priced and pretty straightforward which was nice, it comes with a 3 month warranty, but just because his traps weren't catching rats consistently after a couple times, he was fairly condescending

Lee was extremely helpful when we had a Yellow Jacket issue at our vacation rental on the Mckenzie River.
He went out of his way to help us as and our guests as quickly as possible.
I have since hired him to do maintenance spraying, as well as another pesky bee removal.
I would highly recommend him.

I had called Infinity in the evening after work afraid it was too late to call but I was pleasantly surprised when I was told they would come out the next evening to find the problem. Lee came out on a weekend and after finding out where the ants were coming from, he got to work right away. He even came out a few days later to ensure I wasn't having any other problems. They are affordable, dependable and very helpful! I would recomend Infinity Pest to anyone!

Seriously the best we could have hoped for. Lee came over and explained all the things we were doing right and all the things we were doing to make our problem worse. He inspected the whole house and took the time to listen to what we had seen. He has lived up to his word with out question. I would recommend you have him come out first before you call anyone else. He will do a excellent job.
