The experience was horrible. Yes, the trees were removed because they were dead and dying from an Oak Gall blight. But the clean up wasn't done. There were branches covered with Galls left in several bushes. We were told fresh top soil would be spread where the stumps had been. No topsoil. Just plain dirt. Nothing was raked in a side yard and nothing that had been moved was put back in place.i called this man to complain and he said he "would work on it until your happy." I asked him to call me; not my brother who doesn't live here and didn't pay for the service. Nothing was done until I made a

Dawson's Tree Service did an amazing job! They removed a large tree with a split trunk in an inconvenient location in our yard and trimmed up another large tree. The crew was friendly and did a great job with the removal as well as being respectful of our property and the neighbor's property. Cleanup was perfect! Highly recommend!!!

Today they took down 2 Siberian Elms. Power lines on two sides and my garage on the other. I got home at 2;15pm and there was nobody there. That was fast. They did more than i thought they would. They cleaned up more than just the trees. Ground was cleaned of anything in the way. Things i was sure i would have to get later that weren't part of the trees. I wish i could have been home to see it in action. Not a nick on the fences or thankfully my garage. Clearly did better and more than i expected. when my big pine tree has to come down, i will call them. To the crew that did the work, my hats off

We contacted Dawson’s Tree Service (as well as some other tree services) for advice for a dead portion of our maple tree in front of our house. Steve was very knowledgeable, and gave us a very fair quote for removal of large limbs plus clean up. We were scheduled quickly and everything went off without any hiccups. Steve even threw in a Dawson’s Tree Service hat for our son Dawson! Definitely recommend their services, and will turn to them for any future needs that we have!

The storm last night causes a large branch on the tree in our backyard to break and nearly fall off on top of our power lines. I called this morning right at opening and received the best service, the customer service agent was super helpful and let me know someone would be by later today to get me a quote.
Well less than 2 hours later I get a buzz at my door and see a truck driving away and get a phone call about a minute later, it was the guy coming out for the quote! He told me he saw what it was and had a saw in his truck and put the branch down for me with no charge!
I was super grateful

Steve Austin is so fantastic. So professional and honest with what needed to be done. Fonz's crew worked like a well oiled machine. Never for one second did I see any of them standing around without something to do! I have had tree trimmers in the past and this was by far the best company I have ever hired. Thanks Steve and Fonz. I will definitely call Dawson in the future.
