A representative for this company came out and inspected my roof in May. He had me send him my insurance information and said he would call me in a week to update me. I've called him 3 times. Once he said he was busy on the other coast and was waiting to hear back from the insurance company. The other 2 calls he never returned my call. Very unprofessional, go with someone else, who will actually call you back.
