I called at 845 in the morning and they were over a hour away drive time were here at 1030 and was very polite and got the drain doing its thing so impressed that they got here in same day and fixed same day when I was told by so many first available date to be was 4 days later thank you honest abe.

Joshua was great. He came to unclog our waste pump. It was not a fun job for him I’m sure but he was professional and educated us on the pump. He Even explained upgrade options and back up options. We signed up for their Annual check up plan and feel confident that it will he ever need them that we will get great service.

Tim woody did an amazing job for us! We hired Honest Abe’s to replace a water heater. They came the day we called and were very responsive. Tim called when he found other issues and gave us options to have them fixed now rather than just doing it and charging more. They were also cheaper than other companies who gave us estimates. Tim was the best I have ever dealt with. He went into great detail explaining in a way that I could understand the systems, the advantages of each and helped so much in allowing me to make an educated choice as to the system updates that would benefit me and keep me safe. I am having a water softener system installed as well as my dryer vent cleaned out. I plan to have a drinking water system installer next year as well as a new hot water heater. First they were prompt even calling me back to check on the simple fact that I had called with my questions. They were timely and polite.
