They were a life saver. I’m from out of town headed home to Tulsa and my car literally died on me soon as I made it into the parking lot. They repaired my car in the same day so I could make it home safe. I’m so great full for this dealership. Especially traveling with 3 kids. Couldn’t ask for a better place for my car to break down. Everyone in the service department was great including the cashier ladies.

This was my second time buying from Mac Haik Ford and it was a much smoother process than the first time.
Damian Moss was awesome to work with through out the process. He understood I already had knowledge of Ford’s recent tech updates, so I declined the full walk around… which in my opinion I prefer. It was cool to find new features with my new car on my own, especially when I found out what all the Technology Package included.
Mac Haik doesn’t tack on Market Adjustments or unnecessary items, although Tint and LoJack was included. I’ve seen worse on my previous cars, such as Toyota with

Went through process of buying and completed financing and credit. Was told that I needed to speak with their finance department the next day to complete the sale. Without any calls or messages, I called and spoke to manager who said they sold truck to someone else. Told by salesperson that they don’t take deposits and needed to go through their financing. Manager told me the next day that since there wasn’t a deposit, they don’t hold a car. Sales person was Vinny and manager was Fred. Vinny stated several times that they sell vehicles based on their good reputation. I would not trust how

You will be treated like a person and that you matter. Other places treated me like a dollar sign, ran my credit unnecessarily, and had no regard for my position. Vinny did magic tricks to make something work, he even helped me remap my budget. Never tried to sale me junk, Never waisted my time, NO fake promises. Everything WAS honest and upfront. I told him what I had to work with! He got the job done!!
